So the theory here is that if I make a blog I have to do it? Maybe that is true, maybe it is not. But let's hope so. I turn 40 in June and my goal is to lose 40 pounds. I am now off the bathroom scale, so we are estimating 270 pounds to start with. Too much. I have two little girls and I owe it to them to get them to adulthood and on the path I am on that might not happen.
Challenge here is that (1) I hate to exercise, (2) I have no time and (3) I love to eat. I have sedentary demanding job, two small children (one of which who started virtual kindergarten today) and we are of course in the middle of a pandemic. So I am hoping I can use this as my journal for accountability.
Current plan--decreased portion sizes and trying to go for a walk everyday. We shall see how this goes ...
